This. Man. Makes. Me. Smile. Every. Day. Period!

So blessed to call him my husband and to be called his wife.
Spoiled.  Blessed.  Love him!!

Definitely the easiest picture to come up with so far; without question!

Delights

This is the front of the card that my WONDERFUL husband left for me this morning!  Oh how well he knows me.  I love him SO much and am blessed beyond measure to call him mine!

Love

This is love!  This is my niece Kennedi.  We spent the weekend with my parents celebrating Jordan's birthday (belated).  Kennedi loves Jordan SO much.  She wanted to make his little celebration great; and she did!  She came in with a picture of Jordan attached to her shirt, right over her heart to show him how much she loves him.  Then she had an idea for a cake that Jordan loved!  A ying-yang that Jordan had previously drawn.  I love this girl and her love.

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. - John 15:12

Love

Another multi-picture post!  :-)  Brian and Emily's wedding was absolutely beautiful...a wonderful day in every way...the rainbow, the smiles and having my Grandma on the dance floor!  Love everywhere you look!!!!

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Empty Shell

When I saw these shells, it made me realize that as I get older, my body is just becoming more and more of an empty shell.  While once I was pleased to be in my body, I would have to say that I would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.  I love my life and my family and my friends and SO much more, but how much more I love the thought of being with my Savior!
We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

Love this girl!

If you know me at all, you know that this is my niece Kennedi...apple of her Aunt Paula's eye...from Day 1! This weekend we celebrated her 7th Birthday! WOW - time flies. I am sure the day will come when Kennedi won't think Aunt Paula is "all that," but for now I'll take it while I can get it!!! She thinks that Aunt Paula can make any cake she asks for...princesses, Elmo, cowgirl, Barbie Princess, mermaid, Monster High (not my choice) and every year she says it's the best cake ever. When I was reading and found this verse, I laughed...Kennedi definitely doesn't mean 'not loved'...in fact, the exact opposite I'm sure!
Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the LORD said to Hosea, “Call her Lo-Ruhamah (which means “not loved”), for I will no longer show love to Israel, that I should at all forgive them. - Hosea 1:6

LOVE this man!

Today during my volunteer training at the PRC we were discussing relationships and how to help young women strive for good relationships. If I could, I would take my husband in and show every single one that walks through the doors, THE PERFECT MAN! :-) While he disagrees, he is! Even after the extremely awful day we had, my WONDERFULLY amazing husband was baking a Red-Velvet Cherry Cake Roll for our Valentine's Day dinner at home. I couldn't love him more!

While my wonderful man is the epitome of I Corinthians 13, this is the verse I chose for him today.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. - I Corinthians 13:4
