My husband bought this little character for me a couple of Christmases ago.  What a treasure of memories this brought back from my childhood.  So simple, but what a smile it brought again.  :-)  Did you have one of these growing up?

What did you call it?  Bird bobber toy?  Water dippy bird?  Is there a real name for him?

One last Christmas

This weekend we had the opporturnity to spend time with extended family in one last Christmas celebration - at least for this year. My Grandma, who turned 88 years old this past Tuesday, was also able to be with us; what a joy! We wore her out (in a good way) with all of the family fun. So thankful to be able to share this with four generations!
