Just finished reading this AMAZING book! Highly recommend!!!
Not usually into historical fiction, but, with a lighthouse, ocean, love story, woman who desperately wants children of her own and cannot have them, a baby...how could I not love this one?!?!
It's about an Australian lighthouse keeper in the early 1900s. There is romance, mystery, suspense, great moral issues addressed and more! A book I didn't want to put down. This is the first novel by M.L. Stedman and she nailed it!
Thank you to the dear volunteer who was reading this book. I peeked at the inside cover and I was hooked; had to go to the library and check it out right away. But, I do believe that it is a book that I will have to be buying for myself!
