Project Complete!

Proyecto completo!  Project complete!!!!

After my last post about failure, I needed some redeeming!  Here is my first completed project of the New Year!  (And, to be honest, if you can't tell, I am pretty pleased with it!)

While I did not complete it "in a night" which is kind of what the pattern suggested, it went quite quickly after I started working on it.  It could definitely be completed easily in a few nights.

This one is to brighten my front door during these "dreary," after Christmas, winter months.  But, now that I have completed one, my mind wanders with the endless possibilities!!!!  Watch out!
Bag of cloth strips
1 yard turquoise material
1/2 yard of each - black print and white print material
First strip tied on 12 inch metal wreath
1" x 5-6" strips of material - cut with pinking shears

Back side with first row/section complete
Front side - part of first section complete

Showing the fullness - all depends on how close you tie the knotted strips
