RED - Stop

YELLOW - Proceed with Caution

GREEN - Go

We all know what the colors of the stop light mean, right?  How?  We were taught to discern what color the light was, what it meant and how to proceed.  It's the same way with God's word...we need to learn it so that we know what it means and how to proceed.
