Tears

While my Valentine's Day was more than blessed, the last couple of days have been VERY trying. I would have to count them right up there with the most trying days in my life. If you know me, you know that tears flow quite easily at times. This morning was no exception. I just couldn't get them to stop, but I had to. I had places to be and people to see. But, just like God, through it all, He gave me joy after joy.

I got to see someone that I hadn't seen in over two years and she remembered every little detail and asked me questions and talked with me and shared with me and then told me I encouraged her? Go figure! Then, this evening at SOUL Patrol, one of the little girls in my class brought me this used, wilted flower. She was SO proud of it and my heart was SO full. My husband and I shared some very precious words and tears this evening as well. My (hopefully yours, too) God is SO good!

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. - Psalm 126:5
