BLESSED BE MY ROCK!

"The LORD lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let God be exalted. The Rock of my salvation." Psalm 18:46

Those crazy ducks!

Admittedly, I have scoped this picture out before, but have never taken one until today in the bitter cold, snow, ice and all. (Just ask the nice gentleman who stopped by my car because I had my flashers on and I was walking down the embankment to get a better shot! :-) Jordan and I have seen these ducks at this pond once a week for the last couple of months. Every time I see them I think to myself, "Those crazy ducks! Don't they know the snow is coming?" But, they do...they know to stay near the moving (living) water.

Jesus answered and said unto her, "If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water." - John 4:10

May we seek to always ask for and stay near the living water.
