Something Orange

Something orange...the sprinkles on the cupcakes...Superbowl snack for the youth group last night.  While I wasn't a real fan of either team, I was pulling for the Broncos and Peyton Manning - classy guy.  However, it was like they didn't even show up.  :-(  Not even a real game, which was a bummer

 No, I did not take this picture today...but it is a favorite of mine.  The little lilac bush that could...FINALLY bloomed this past summer.  I have loved lilacs since I was a little girl...  If you look back at my blog, you can read the whole story!!!

Since I don't have another picture I like right now and I am waiting to get my hair cut - so therefore I am not taking a "selfie" looking as I do right now - this is what you get.  I do like this picture of myself.  It was taken a year ago at Gala; clean up pretty good, I think!  :-)

Polka Dot

Here is some scrapbook paper I bought on sale today at Scrap, Scribble & Stick!  Polka dots (along with stripes) are one of my favorites.  This has to be even better as it's Maize & Blue!  GO BLUE!  (Of course I am going to use this for my UofM Women's Football Academy pictures.)

Best Invention Ever

This may be a little shallow, but right now, I think this is the best invention ever!

While I didn't want a 'smart' phone, I do enjoy this.  It keeps me in touch with everyone, it let's me check things, the alarm wakes me up, gives directions, tells time, gives the weather, sends messages...oh the things it does!
